Matthew celebrated his 2nd birthday today. He had so much fun opening presents and eating his cake. Jeff and I paid for all the sugar he ate though, he was a crazy man for awhile.

Our New Home

Mike and I are very excited to be in the process of buying a house. We are pre-approved and our offer was accepted so now we are just waiting to finalize. Closing date is not until April 27th which gives us lots of time to get used to the idea of owning a house! We weren't expecting to buy so soon, but really loved this house. Here are a few pictures, keep in mind that this is not our decorating. I LOVE the backyard and the windows looking out to the backyard. We are still in Silver Spring just a little farther out from DC. Mike will still metro in and my commute is about the same, so in the same neighborhood which is nice. Here it is!
